SYSTEMS DESIGNERS BUYS FUNDTRAC AND TRADE SERVICES SYSTEM

Systems Designers Plc is paying UKP3.2m cash for two US software products, the Fundtrac investment management and accounting program, and Trade Services System, which supports banks’ international trade financing operations: seller is SEI Corp in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a new company will be formed to market the products under control of Systems Designers’ Minneapolis subsidiary Warrington Associates.
