SYNCHRONIX SHOWS OFF E-COMMERCE WEB SITE ACCELERATOR

Paris-based network acceleration company Synchronix SA, which has offices in Larkspur, California, introduced its BoostWeb Content Provider, part of the Boostworks family of network acceleration software products at the Demo 99 conference in Palm Springs this week. The company, which claims Boostworks software can double network performance without altering the existing IT infrastructure, said its new product will speed up the performance of commerce-oriented Web servers for faster data access and page display.
