SYNAPTX ACQUIRES DATA CLEANSER, BRADAS

By CBR Staff Writer

Customer management ISVs are fleshing out their application suites with new skills as fast as they can. Vertical ISV Synaptx Worldwide Inc is buying data cleanser, database and warehouse designer Bradas Inc on undisclosed terms. From now on Orlando, Florida-based Synaptx will be organized into three divisions; software development and integration; database design and development and consulting. It plans to roll out a new Bradas product called Datagration product later this year which it says addresses key problems in the data warehousing market such as long implementation cycles, retaining resources and poor data quality. Synaptx is changing its name to Palandyne Corp.
