VeriCenter provides manged hosting, collocation, and other services to mid-sized and large companies. Its bookings for the most recent quarter were split between managed services, at 75% of new signings, and collocation, accounting for the other 25%. Earlier this month it announced that it was on pace to hit $80m in annualized revenue for 2007.
VeriCenter has some 325 employees and seven offices throughout the US. It will become part of Sungard Availability Services, which provides business continuity, disaster recovery, and other data and application access services.
