According to Sun Life Financial UK (SLF UK), it required a service which would verify an individual’s identity when a ‘trigger event’ such as a change in address occurred at the time of payout on an account. The electronic check provided by CallML cut down the amount of paper work previously required to verify these details, providing SLF UK customers with an enhanced, no hassle customer experience.
SLF UK currently outsources its ‘closed book’ operation to Vertex Financial Services who ultimately use the software.
