SUN CEO SAYS MICROSOFT IS “POISIONING JAVA”

Sun Microsystems Inc CEO Scott McNealy criticized Microsoft Corp for what he calls poisoning Java, with JDirect and other technologies made to tie Java into Windows. Java plus non-Java equals Windows, he said. What we want is for developers to write to the Java browser, then applications can run any platform, he said.
