The Healthcare Solution Set integrates a set of healthcare jobs and competencies into the SumTotal talent development suite. The SumTotal Healthcare Solution Set allows healthcare providers to provide targeted learning and development to overcome competency gaps, perform regular employee assessments, manage goals, meet audit standards of The Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies, manage compensation, and track and manage continuing education credits required for regular license renewal, said SumTotal.
