The new feature is a trading application programming interface (API) that allows customers to use the Just2Trade order entry system to automatically execute multiple trades based on their own individual customized strategy.

Just2Trade is one of the first online retail brokerage sites to offer trading API. Traditionally, API has been exclusively available to institutional investors.

The client program can use the API to communicate with the firm’s order entry system and place trade requests, using its own market data feeds, which are then executed in the same fashion as if the client had used the Just2Trade web pages for trading.

As trading online evolves, more and more investors are going to use a trading API, Success Trade CEO Fuad Ahmed commented. We estimate that more than 30% of online trading by 2010 will be done through API.
