SubMicron Systems Corp, the Allentown, Pennsylvania-based wafer processing equipment supplier, has agreed to sell off its Imtec Acculine Inc subsidiary to IAI Acquisition Corp, formed by the senior management of Imtec. SubMicron will license its megasonic technology to the new company. It’s all part of SubMicron’s plan to get back to its core business of wet surface preparation.
