Strategic Products and Services (SPS), a provider of VoIP, contact centre and network convergence services, has completed the acquisition of California-based Spenser Communications, in a move to expand its market presence into southern California and Arizona, and strengthen its existing presence in San Francisco and Texas.
Spenser is a provider of voice and converged communications, contact center applications, voice over IP, unified communications and video conferencing services. It is an Avaya Platinum BusinessPartner with several strategic partnerships including Extreme Networks, SonicWALL, Polycom and Cisco (LAN/WAN services).
The current Spenser team joins SPS with Craig serving as sales director supporting the Southern California office.
Ken Craig, former CEO and president of Spenser, said: Becoming part of SPS enables us to better serve our local and national clients. With SPS’ depth, breadth and competence, we now have a bigger toolbox that includes global services, maintenance offers, a 24×7 network operations center, converged engineering teams and application resources. This will not only help us deepen our relationships with existing customers but will facilitate new partnerships throughout our growing footprint.
