STORAGE TECHNOLOGY TO BE LATE WITH YEAR-END FIGURES

Storage Technology Corp will be a little late with its 1988 year end figures because it has had to ask the Securities & Exchange Commission to review the accounting methods used to record its 1987 reorganisation – prompted by recent interpretations made by the Financial Accounting Standards Board of FAS 96, and may affect tax credits it took.
