STERN TURNS TAIL

By CBR Staff Writer

The self-styled King Of All Media, Howard Stern, has pulled out of his chess match-up with IBM Corp’s Junior Blue which was supposed to have taken place at PC Expo (CI No 3,174). He’s apparently afraid of security problems. Given that the sporadically amusing, but basically famous-for-saying-on-air-what-most-bar-room-drunks- feel-obliged-to-opine-after-three-beers, loudmouth is more famous for his facility to get strippers to take their clothes off in his studio than his ability with the Sicilian Defense, perhaps the world of chess has not missed so compulsive a game after all. What’s next – Garry Kasparov sends Stuttering Bob to interview Deep Blue?
