STC AND SIEMENS-NIXDORF COMPLETE AGREEMENT

Louisville, Colorado-based Storage Technology Corp and Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems Inc, Burlington, Massachusetts have completed their previously announced agreement to combine their US high-performance, non-impact printer operations: the Siemens Nixdorf Printing Systems Ltd Partnership based in Boca Raton, Florida is 51% owned by Siemens Nixdorf, 49% by StorageTek.
