Mitel Telecom as it is now known has carried out a service that reveals startling regional differences in the UK’s business telephone market, where 70% of all Welsh companies claim to have installed a new phone system within the last two years, 60% of West Midlands businesses have installed new phone systems over the same period, while Scotland and the North West have some of the oldest telephone systems in the country: the company looked into the issue while developing its newly-launched SX50 low-end 20-80 line switch.
