Smart Investigate will be used to support Standard Chartered in moving to a fully-automated, end-to-end process, designed to minimize payments transactions errors and ensure that any follow-up investigations are undertaken both rapidly and consistently.

The system is built on Pegasystems’ SmartBPM Suite, a BPM software suite of tools designed to enable businesses to rapidly deploy and manage process management solutions throughout their life-cycle.
