STAFF REDUCTION AFTER ACQUISITION OF COMPUTERVISION BY PRIME ?

Although Prime Computer chief Joe Henson hopes there will be no lay-offs as a result of the company’s acquisition of Computervision Corp, analysts say that the Natick, Massachusetts company is looking for $40m annual operational cost savings from the combination, and that that is likely to require a reduction in the headcount at the pair.
