S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG, the Vienna, Austria-based company that is a major IT services operator in central and eastern Europe, expects revenue in the third quarter to September 30 to rise 134% to 16.6m euros ($17.6m). On the basis of preliminary figures, it expects the gross loss to be 166,000 euros ($175,510), down on the 175,000 euros ($185,030) recorded at the same time last year. S&T says costs have been hit by the expenses of its $13.1m acquisition of Hermes Plus DD, the Ljubljana, Slovenia-based company and start-up costs of establishing itself in the Czech Republic and Russian markets.
