St. Paul Travelers enhances risk management resource

Insurance-focused IT provider St. Paul Travelers has revealed the latest enhancements to its e-Carma risk management information system, which include a series of executive level reports, a customized claim alert capability and a triangle facility to enable exploration of loss data over time.

The product’s reporting tool, entitled Company At A Glance, provides risk management program measurements, such as a financial summary, loss trending, claim frequency by region and highest severity open claims.

The new alert system, or Red Flag feature, automatically identifies and posts critical information that will impact overall loss costs. Criteria may be customized to meet particular risk management needs.

St. Paul Travelers has also unveiled a new online customer scorecard, which according to the company delivers streamlined, client-specific graphs to identify trends that drive loss costs.
