The company will provide customer support and help desk assistance, server and wide area network infrastructure operations/maintenance and engineering services, security, software development, and enterprise architecture support services. It will also help GAO migrate to an IT infrastructure library-based framework and assist GAO in the deployment of its next generation enterprise content management tools.

SRA’s team for the contract includes Booz Allen Hamilton, Business Edge, Information Technology Company, MIL Corp, Millennia Systems, NCI, Nortel Government Solutions, and Peace Technology.

Max Hall, senior vice president of health and civil services at SRA, said: For more than 10 years, the SRA team has successfully supported GAO in its mission to improve the performance and accountability of the federal government. This contract continues our long relationship with GAO, as we leverage our successful performance-based track record and provide GAO employees with premiere IT support as they perform their vital mission.
