An Android 4.0 smartphone, which was exhibited during the CES 2012, is soon to hit shelves riding on the Sprint network.
Sprint, one of the major carriers, has posted a sign-up page for Galaxy Nexus model buyers on its page, as it aims to bring the smartphone to its customers.
For consumers who want the Google’s current smartphone, the new registration page serves as a plug-and-play.
The device will also have NFC Google Wallet payment app on its electronic board.
With 32GB of internal memory and a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, the Android 4.0 phone will enable video within the memory space allocated and a battery.
The company, which had previously been going with the WiMAX standard on devices including HTC Evo 4G, has now shifted to the LTE technology, with the device bound to display differences compared to its ‘Verizonian’ compatriot.
Sprint has not confirmed the exact date when the device will go on sale.
