SPECTRUM CONCEPTS TIES VAX TO AS/400

By CBR Staff Writer

New York-based Spectrum Concepts Inc has launched software aimed at mixed IBM System 36 or 38 and DEC VAX shops that frequently process reports. Called XQue, the software enables reports to be processed on one type of machine and sent to its alien for printing, without any custom programming. XQue is available for the VAX and for 36s and 38s, and a version is being tailored for the AS/400; no prices or delivery date available.
