International Phone Service licenses go to Korea Global Telecom Communications Network Rental Service, the Winnet consortium led by TriGem Computer Inc, and GNG Telecom consortium led by state-funded Daehan Oil Pipeline Corp. A Nationwide Trunk Radio System license goes to the Anam Telecom consortium led by Anam Industries Co Ltd; CT2 Cordless Telephone licenses go to Korea Telecom; Wireless Data Transmission, the A ir Media consortium led by Korea Zinc Co Ltd consortium Intec Telecom led by Intec Ltd and Hancom Telecom consortium led by Korea Computer Inc. The winner of paging service for Seoul and surrounding areas is the Happy Telecom team led by Sungmi Tele com Electronics Co Ltd.
