SOUTH KOREA – A NEW HONG KONG?

Just to put South Korea into context, observers quoted on Channel Four News suggest that if the economy continues to grow at its present rate, the aggregate growth will be equivalent to creating a new Hong Kong – and by 1991, the Korean economy will be as big as Australia’s is today – and an enormous part of that growth will come from computers and consumer electronics.
