SOROS IS BULLISH ON SYBASE

Does Hungarian born billionaire and international financier George Soros know something we don’t or is the stock just undervalued? Between July 17 and 21 he bought 778,800 shares in Sybase Inc priced between $14.47 to $15.10 each, which lifts his holding to 8.93% of the Emeryville, California-based company from 7.93%. Soros owns 7,025,800 shares.
