Sophos is using on-demand consultancy expertise from CloudSense Services to help create a programme of business change.

CloudSense Services’ consultants will be used to support Sophos’ ongoing redefinition of its core Salesforce infrastructure, which provides order fulfilment, order processing and invoicing.

The consultants will provide project management, business analysis, software development and IT architecture skills to Sophos on-demand.

"Our agreement with CloudSense Services provides us with the top quality skills that we need, complete with a wraparound consultancy that we wouldn’t get by hiring individual freelance consultants," said Duncan Atkins, IT director at Sophos.

"The team are highly proactive and their expertise means we can bounce ideas off them and really benefit from their knowledge."

Atkins said he had been impressed by the expertise offered by CloudSense in a previous role and was keen to use their skills at Sophos.

He now has a dedicated team working from CloudSense’s London and Zagreb offices, and is able to draw on senior level support as required.

"The flexible agreement means we can scale up our Salesforce capability as needed. It also removes the need for all the HR issues surrounding the hiring of contractors," said Atkins.

CloudSense is a Salesforce platinum partner, has high levels of certification and accreditation, and a strong track record for providing services to blue-chip customers.
