Sony Corp is expected to unveil a prototype of its new PlayStation (CI No 3,504) at a conference in Japan on March 2. The video games console, likely to be dubbed PlayStation 2000, will be displayed at a publishers conference according to the CTW News Digest. Meanwhile, Sega Enterprises (CI No 3,416) is slated to release its Dreamcast console in the US and Europe on September 9. The machine is already big in Japan.
