The product comprises enterprise and SME appliances, along with software that can be deployed on an existing server. The lineup includes packages for companies with 50 to 1,000 users.

Each product has: SonicWall’s so-called time zero virus technology, which protects users from a virus until a signature update is made available; end user spam management; and inbound and outbound email management.

They also boast auditing, policy management and email compliance capabilities.

Pricing begins at $995 for the Email Security 200 software and $1,395 for the Email Security 200 appliance, which also requires an annual subscription.

Sunnyvale, California-based SonicWall said the products are the result of its acquisition of MailFrontier earlier this year.
