Following the approval of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Sonera exercised its option to convert its shares in Eliska Ventures into around 2.8 million Deutsche Telekom shares.
Sonera’s interest in Deutsche Telekom is now at an end. The proceeds from the sale totals approximately E43 million, which Sonera will use to strengthen its financial position.
