Using Kronos will allow Solectron to centralize and standardize its time and labor processes, improve labor analysis and reporting, and more effectively manage compliance with labor laws.
By automating its workforce management processes with Kronos for Manufacturing, Solectron will be able to better manage labor resources through automated time and attendance, as well as increased payroll efficiency and accuracy. Kronos will also help Solectron minimize the time, resources, and risk associated with managing compliance.
