Zynx Health, a provider of evidence-based healthcare services, has announced a new set of enhancements to its AuthorSpace software with the release of version 1.8.
The version 1.8 provides new enhancements and functionality which includes: interactive PDF exports, enabling clinicians to complete order sets or plans of care online using interactive forms; streamlined process for updating content contained in multiple order sets and plans of care; enhancements to task functionality for interdisciplinary teams to coordinate, track, and complete their customization of content; and new functionality in ViewSpace, Zynx’s online workspace for rapidly engaging clinicians across an organization, soliciting feedback, and reaching consensus.
Zynx claims that its evidence-based services combine AuthorSpace’s customization tools with an unmatched clinical content library comprising over 950 order sets and 150 plans of care.
Derek Baird, director of business affairs at Zynx, said: AuthorSpace 1.8 expands our support for hospitals that are seeking to standardize and improve care, but are not yet live on computerized physician order entry or nursing documentation systems. By enabling clinicians to access and complete order sets and plans of care electronically, we are providing another deployment option for our clients.
