Yahoo unveils mobile content management platform

Yahoo has unveiled a mobile content management platform to enable consumers to manage internet content.

By CBR Staff Writer

It said Yahoo onePlace uses an intelligence-driven system to organize content according to customers’ interests. It will offer a process similar to using bookmarks to instantly link to practically any piece of content from anywhere across the internet. The platform provides centralized and open content management, personalized views that enable customers to group content, as well as dynamic updates and a mobile RSS reader.

Yahoo onePlace is where users will be able to find what matters to them the most, no matter where their interests, passions, and information come from, said Marco Boerries, executive vice president of Connected Life at Yahoo.

Yahoo onePlace will be available in the second quarter.
