Vision Solutions, a provider of information availability software and services for Windows, Linux, IBM Power Systems and Cloud Computing, has acquired Double-Take Software (DTS), a provider of recovery offerings for the Windows, Linux and Cloud Computing markets. Financial terms of the acquisition are not yet disclosed.
The US software company Vision Solutions expects this acquisition to strengthen its product offerings and distribution capabilities in the Windows and open systems markets, and fortify its prominence across the information availability marketplace.
