Virtusa, an IT services company, has introduced new Enterprise 2.0 Services Suite, which uses a set of collaborative technologies including social media, video and mobile.
The company claims that the new portfolio allows businesses to implement web 2.0 initiatives for attracting and retaining customers, reducing costs and increasing employee productivity. The new Enterprise 2.0 Services Suite helps businesses increase collaboration, content management and staff management across the enterprise.
In addition, the new suite allows customers to better interact with their constituencies, retain employee knowledge through its interactive and social internal- and external-facing portals and applications. It also offers both department- and industry-specific services and supports a range of platforms, from wikis, blogs, forums and social media platforms to video and mobile publishing.
According to Virtusa, the new suite also features an integrated mobile publishing offering that allows organisations to offer content and services on mobile devices. It provides access to portals via the mobile web or through specific applications.
