Utimaco, a provider of data security solutions, has announced that its SafeGuard Enterprise solution is now included as a DoD Data-at-Rest Tiger Team recommended product.
Through partnerships with Information Security Corporation (ISC) and Carahsoft Technology, federal government agencies can now secure their critical data using Utimaco’ SafeGuard Enterprise encryption system.
Utimaco’s inclusion on the DoD Data-at-Rest Tiger Team (DARTT) contract expands its presence in the US government sectors. SafeGuard Enterprise, through an alliance created between Utimaco and ISC, now features additional data-at-rest protection to meet the needs of government customers.
As a result of the alliance, ISC’s SpyProof system, which creates sharable, AES-encrypted virtual drives on local hard drives and remote servers, is now offered alongside SafeGuard Enterprise, Utimaco’s full disk encryption system that secures data on endpoints and removable media.
