US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has awarded a multi-year Enterprise Level Agreement contract worth $12m to the security technology company, McAfee provide enterprise wide network and system security support, products, and services.
The deal will expand and extend the Department of Homeland Security’s continuous monitoring and security capabilities.
It will also provide the department with an enterprise-wide framework to meet current and future security requirements, as well as short- and long-term savings on maintenance.
McAfee Federal Civilian Sales regional director James Yeager said, "This deal is a reflection of the advanced level of collaboration that is going on within the Department of Homeland Security."
