RDT, an insurance technology provider, has announced that UK-based insurance provider UIA has selected RDT’s Landscape solution to help support the company’s future growth.
The platform will aim to give UIA greater flexibility for developing and launching new insurance product lines, increased responsiveness for supporting its customer base across multiple channels and the power to enable the company to scale and grow its business. By streamlining and automating UIA’s core business processes, Landscape will eliminate a lot of the work currently done manually, reducing the cost and allowing the company to operate more competitively.
UIA undertook a comprehensive review of the market to understand what solutions were available. Following an initial selection process, three companies were shortlisted to present and run workshops, as a result of which RDT was confirmed as UIA’s new IT partner.
