Under the agreement, Sandoval County will implement Tyler’s Eagle Assessor, Appraiser, Treasurer and Recorder applications to manage assessment administration, tax billing and collection, and land and vital records. The county is also expected to implement services from Tyler’s Munis financial management and human resource product suites.
