T-Mobile USA has unveiled myTouch, a new addition to its line of Android-powered myTouch smartphones and the continued expansion of its new HSPA+ mobile broadband network.
The company said that myTouch allows to share photos and video with HD Camcorder, and face-to-face conversations through video chat.
Designed by HTC, the new smartphone features a 3.8-inch WVGA touch-screen display with virtual keyboard, Swype for easy text input, second-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 1GHz MSM8255 processor, a 5-megapixel camera, preinstalled 8 GB microSD memory card, and an integrated media player.
The new smartphone also features Genius Button, powered by dragon dictation from Nuance, which allows users to call, text, e-mail or access internet with a voice command; Faves Gallery, which offers shortcuts; and myModes for customised home screens.
In addition, the myTouch offers access to around 80,000 applications on Android market from games to location-based social networks to on-the-go shopping.
