Syncsort, a provider of data processing, data integration, and data protection and recovery software, has released clickstream data integration software, which it claims to reduce the time, cost and effort for integrating amounts of web data, and simplify an organisation’s ability to analyse online visitor behaviour via a clickstream data warehouse.
According to Syncsort, the software combines data integration software DMExpress with optional professional services and training tailored to implement techniques and patterns for processing clickstream data files.
The company claims that the new offering combines speed, hardware utilisation, ease-of-use, and support for various clickstream data sources. In addition, it enables customers to meet shrinking batch windows, reduce hardware costs by up to 90% and increase productivity over hand coding by 75%.
Sean Ford, chief marketing officer of Syncsort, said: Web analytics initiatives require highly efficient technologies in order to handle the huge volume and complexity of unstructured clickstream data.
“DMExpress and our new clickstream data integration solution enable customers to make faster and more precise strategic decisions using their online visitor activity data which leads to better margins, lower costs and improved bottom line results.
