Managed network security applications provider StillSecure has availed its managed security services within its open cloud platform, Rackspace Cloud.
The availability of its managed services in cloud will allow its Rackspace Cloud customer to use StillSecure’s Cloud Network Security Appliance (NSA) to secure their cloud servers.
Cloud NSA is a new security service that allows customers to spin up a managed security cloud server within their public cloud infrastructure.
It also enables organisations to secure their public cloud servers through a full suite of managed security services, including managed firewall, IDPS, log management, WAF, file integrity monitoring and others.
Cloud NSA can also deliver StillSecure’s comprehensive PCI compliance service, PCI Complete.
StillSecure will provide support for its Cloud NSA application to customers via Rackspace’s Cloud Tools Program, along with StillSecure’s Cloud Security Monitoring Service (Cloud SMS), an automated cloud instance-based security application.
The managed security services will offer the organisations with Cloud NSA instance, security event monitoring, access to security experts.
The Cloud NSA instance becomes a network gateway through which the other cloud instances in a customer’s environment pass all traffic to and from the Internet, said the company.
