Star Analytics, a provider of financial application process automation and integration software, has announced its support for Oracle Fusion Middleware platform with its product Star Finance Command Center.

The company claims that its Star Finance Command Center has been deployed across industries such as manufacturing, financial services, energy and technology. The application enhances reliability, consistency, and timeliness of finance application data through its ability to chain together and automate application processes across a whole ecosystem of finance applications.

In addition, by extending its open, pluggable architecture, the Star Finance Command Center provides additional value by melding with business processes that are managed through the Oracle fusion middleware platform and the BPEL process manager, Star Analytics said.

According to Star Analytics, the support is expected to give Oracle customers growing adoption and expanded partner ecosystem, offering consulting services and best practices for Oracle customers. Combined products improve the automation and integration of business planning, analysis and consolidation application environments

The company claims that growing number of partners are incorporating Star Analytics technology into their business intelligence, enterprise performance management and data warehousing offerings, including interRel Consulting, Ranzal & Associates, Linium and Global Analytics.

Quinlan Eddy, founder and CEO of Star Analytics, said: “Given our deep experience in the EPM space, we understand the challenges that enterprises face in gaining optimal value from their planning and analysis applications. Star Finance Command Center is a perfect complement to Oracle’s BPEL Process Manager and Fusion Middleware architecture.

“The ability for the Star Finance Command Center to work in unison with Oracle’s components will greatly reduce the cost and complexity of automating and managing critical end-to-end application and business processes.”
