Sony Network Entertainment International has launched an updated Music Unlimited service application for the devices running on Apple’s iOS operating system (OS) including for iPhone and iPod touch.
The new application is claimed to deliver improved performance, while will allow users to add offline playback and high quality audio streaming.
Music Unlimited Service enables the subscribers to download playlists, albums, and individual songs to their iPhone and iPod touch devices and use them even when they are not connected to a cellular or Wi-Fi network.
According to the company, the new app provides the ability to stream tracks at speed of 320kbps, AAC high quality audio streaming to have high fidelity listening experience.
The Music Unlimited service is a cloud-based digital music service, whose first version was launched by the company in December 2010 and is currently available for devices including range of Sony and non-Sony connected devices.
