Luc-François Salvador, chairman of the Sogeti Group has said that the acquisition of Vizuri would reinforce the European leadership of Sogeti in IT local services by consolidating its activities in one of the major markets.
Sogeti provides Local IT Professional Services and employs over 20,000 people delivering services in high tech consulting, application services / systems Integration and infrastructure services. Sogeti owns, develops and distributes test methods TMAP (Test Management Approach) and TPI (Test Process Improvement).
