Web session intelligence and behavioral analytics Silver Tail Systems has released Forensics 3.0, the new version of its fraud prevention platform which increases visibility into web sessions and mobile traffic, extends security intelligence on user behavior, and brings improved reporting capabilities.
The new release deepens visibility into web sessions and mobile traffic, extends security intelligence applied to user behavior and broadens reporting capabilities of online activity for use within an organisation.
Forensics 3.0 accelerates customer’s ability to respond to mobile and online threats in real-time and protect against cybercrime by enhancing customers’ understanding of online traffic.
The new software provides visibility into mobile application traffic correlated with core website and mobile web sessions, providing the analytics and information needed to identify and address the threats facing web-enabled platforms.
Silver Tail introduces StreamView, an interface that provides a single view of web sessions and user behavior to enable fraud and security teams to find and prevent threats as early as possible.
StreamView includes Clickstream Markers that analyses user clickstreams and offer an automated intelligence layer to assist investigations.
Forensics 3.0 enables organisations to manage and report on the performance histories of security logic by deploying reporting and security logic to each page of a website with a single click and organising rules by tag. This will enable company stakeholders to create custom reports from web session intelligence.
Silver Tail Systems Marketing vice president Nick Edwards said, "Forensics 3.0 provides this visibility along with industry leading security intelligence to allow customers to rapidly embrace new innovations such as mobile without compromising security."
