Integrated Media Management, a provider of document output management and automation technology, has announced that Service Credit Union has installed and gone live with TotaleAtlasWeb, its remote signature capture and secure document delivery system.

According to Integrated Media Management (IMM), TotaleAtlasWeb is a software application that is expected to allow credit unions to service its members anywhere in the world by securely viewing documents and capturing digital signatures, securely, via the web.

TotaleAtlasWeb is expected to offer end-users the opportunity to review and sign documents at their convenience anytime, anywhere, 24/7. Secure transmission is provided for all content along with notification to the credit union employee after the documents are signed and completed remotely.

TotaleAtlasWeb is expected to eliminate the time it takes for members to receive, review, sign and return documents, plus it eliminates the costs associated with expensive courier services, whether in state or abroad, said IMM.

Chuck Klein, CEO of IMM, said: The society for information management recently found that most companies plan to increase technology spending in 2009 in order to reduce operating costs. While this is the correct approach, credit unions must focus on investing in the right technology. Remote signature capture technology is one way to reduce spending while improving customer service, which is an element of the credit union experience that members will not compromise.
