SecureGrade, HANDD partner to provide file transfer, security offering

Protection against unauthorised viewing, manipulation, theft and distribution of confidential data

By CBR Staff Writer

SecureGrade, a provider of secure file sharing and distributor of the Boole Server data security platform, has partnered with HANDD Business Solutions, a provider of managed file transfer and data governance specialist, to provide file transfer and security offering.

The companies said that the Boole Server enables businesses and public sector organisations to protect and derive the most value from their Intellectual Property and sensitive information.

In addition, Boole Server secures information at data level and allows it to be shared with full rights management even after the file has been received, allowing data owners to decide who can access the contents, what they are able to do with them and for how long both during and after transfer.

Boole Server protects against unauthorised viewing, manipulation, theft and distribution of confidential data wherever in the world that data is sent.

HANDD Business Solutions CEO Anthony Hodges said the company is pleased to be working with SecureGrade to further promote Boole Server.

"HANDD is the only independent, solutions-led consultancy in the UK that specialises in Managed File Transfer software, FTP and Data Automation offerings and as such, our sales team and technical support experts are already well versed in Boole Server capabilities," Hodges said.
