Samsung to unveil seven inch Galaxy Tab 3

Powered by a 1.5GHz Exynos processor

Samsung is planning to unveil the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 at the upcoming 2013 Mobile World Congress (MWC) that will be held at Barcelona, Spain during 25-28 February 2013.

The 7inch tab is expected to be powered by a 1.5GHz Exynos processor, while it will come with a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 and Android JellyBean 4.2 operating system.

Codenamed Santos, the tab is expected to be of the GT-P3200 model number and is also expected to be unveiled as the revamped version of the 7-inch Galaxy Tab 2.

The company is expected to offer the tab at price of $149.

In addition, Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Note 8.0 and the Galaxy Note 10.1 during the 2013MWC.

Meanwhile it was recently announced Samsung shipped 63 million phones during fourth quarter of 2012, accounting for over 30% of all smartphones shipped during the quarter.
