RhoLogic launches new CRM app

RhoLogic, a division of Logic Appeal, has launched Mobile for SugarCRM, a new CRM app that is designed to work against customised and changing underlying database schema.

The new app is built using an open-source smartphone app framework Rhodes, and allows mobile workers to access and manage their SugarCRM data, with or without Internet access or cellular connection.

RhoLogic said that Mobile for SugarCRM provides offline access to information and near real-time data updates when a network is available.

The new SugarCRM smartphone application offers voice recognition support; remote synchronisation with backend enterprise SugarCRM applications; multilingual support; updated customer information; and a cloud based infrastructure.

In addition, it provides offline access to information and real-time data updates, and ensures automatic synchronisation for changes made via smartphone which are applied to SugarCRM backend application.

Logic Appeal CEO Chris Hall said that Rhomobile’s Rhodes enables a native smartphone application that operates without the delays inherent to browser-based apps.

"Due to its support for changing metadata such as to the layout or language fields, changes are immediately reflected in the mobile application, ensuring complete consistency between the SugarCRM backend web application and the mobile application," Hall said.
