Reveille Software, a provider of experience and performance management (EPM) offering for enterprise content management (ECM) applications, has enhanced its Management Console for Documentum. The offering includes RealTime for Documentum, which monitors all Documentum Webtop D5.3, D6.0, and D6.5 and TaskSpace D6.5 transactions.
According to Reveille Software, the packaged software offering monitors EMC Documentum components, processes, user experiences and business metrics. In addition, it provides companies with Documentum-specific analyses, including transaction volumes, user activity and repository activity, and enabling companies to plan for capacity and usage patterns.
The company said that the Management Console for Documentum embodies application performance centre, which is a graphical executive dashboard that communicates the current service levels of Documentum users, applications and components across multiple disparate systems, regions and groups.
Reveille Software said the RealTime for Documentum provides agent-less, real-time monitoring of individual Documentum users. It also provides continuous monitoring of all components and processes in the Documentum platform and automated diagnostics and remediation of errors.
