Really SimpleSystems releases new mobile CRM application

Provides users with real time access to the company's customer, prospect and sales pipeline data

By CBR Staff Writer

Cloud CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems vendor Really SimpleSystems has released its mobile CRM application, which works on iPhones, Blackberrys and phones powered by Android or Windows, as well as internet enabled smart devices and tablets.

Really Simple Mobile CRM provides users with real time access to the company’s customers, prospects and sales pipeline data.

With the new Web-based app, users can retrieve and update information on accounts, contacts, tasks, activities and opportunities, all in real time.

In addition, Google Maps is integrated into the application to provide location based services such as directions and maps.

The mobile CRM application is free to Enterprise Edition customers, with a monthly per user cost to Premium Edition customers.

Really Simple Systems CEO John Paterson said by building the application in HTML5, the company has avoided the synchronisation, installation and maintenance issues associated with downloadable apps.

"Running the mobile CRM application over the web makes sure that all updates are in real time and stays true to the ‘no local software’ Cloud philosophy. The need for physical infrastructure can hamstring a small company’s ability to grow. Access to all of the company’s resources while out and about is essential to an increasingly mobile workforce and the Cloud CRM is the perfect mechanism to deliver these simple business solutions via smart phones," said Paterson.
